Mississippi- May 2014

I graduated from college! We took a week off to visit my Papa Ronnie, the place where I 'grew up', and the place of my first memories! While staying with Papa, we spent a day in Biloxi at the beach and the shops. Papa had a gopher turtle that was very angry to see us and chased us around the yard!

We went to the Gulf Coast Gator Ranch (which is now a tradition to visit every time we go to Papa's). We got to hold baby alligators! We also did the air boat tour, which Evan got to sit in the top seat. The guide called one of the gators right into the boat!

We went to New Orleans for a day as well. We went to the Audubon Zoo (one of our favorites!), the Aquarium, and briefly spent time on Bourbon Street. We spent a lot of evenings with friends of Papa. I had to get crab claws while we were at the Seaman's Cove! Eddie bought me crawfish one night too. We also got to spend an evening with my 'Mississippi parents' Ed and Dee Taylor. We had dinner at The Golden Nugget and also walked around the Hard Rock Casino.
